Pasz Closes Strong on the Fourth to Win 2026 Red, White & Blue; MT Raises $1,400 for Folds of Honor

The Mulligan Tour’s Central Division celebrated the nation’s 250th birthday the right way on Saturday, July 4th — 34 players, three tee boxes, four military mulligans, and one flag firmly planted at the top of the leaderboard by the end of the afternoon. Taylor Meadows Golf Course in Taylor hosted the 2026 Red, White & Blue, and when the scoring was done, Jeff Pasz had authored the round of the day with a net 68 (-4), closing out the back nine at -2 to put the tournament away and claim the title.

Before a dollar of prize money changed hands, the Mulligan Tour had already accomplished its most important work of the day: $1,400 raised for the Folds of Honor Foundation, supporting the families of fallen and disabled service members. On the Fourth of July, there’s no better way to honor the occasion.

The Red, White & Blue is one of the most creative formats on the annual schedule — men playing par 3s from the reds, par 4s from the whites, and par 5s from the blues, three tee boxes over 18 holes in a true patriotic mashup. Pasz embraced it completely. After a steady front nine, he put the hammer down on the back and separated himself from a field that had no answer. Greg Kline finished solo second at net 71 (-1) for $24, his front nine gross of 39 matching Pasz stroke for stroke but unable to sustain the same pressure coming in. Ned Loving and Bryan Wessel Jr. tied for third at net 72 (E), each pocketing $13.50 — a strong showing for Loving, who also grabbed one of the CTP prizes on the par threes. Tim Markel, Chris Stalo, and Rod Theunissen all finished in a three-way tie for fifth at net 73 (+1), splitting $5.67 apiece.

On the challenge holes, the par threes delivered their winners: Noah Kline, Chuck Withey, Ned Loving, and Jeff Feikens each claimed a closest-to-the-pin prize across the course’s par-three lineup. Four players tied for eighth at net 74 (+2) — Vinnie Calles, Paul Parent, Ken Westerman, and Scott Wilsey — splitting $1.50 apiece. Fobare and Rich Dunmore both finished at net 76 (+4) outside the money, with Withey posting net 80 (+8) on a day where his usually reliable game didn’t quite show up despite a tidy gross 85.

The victory is Pasz’s second Red, White & Blue title, having also won the 2020 edition at Shenandoah GC with a net 65 (-4) on a Fourth of July that looked very different from the one in 2026. Six years between wins at the same Independence Day event is a storyline worth noting — and with Match Play at Huron Meadows now just days away, the timing couldn’t be better for Pasz to remind the field what he’s capable of when his game is dialed in.

The Mulligan Tour now shifts immediately to the rescheduled Quad-Tour Challenge at Fox Creek on Sunday, July 5th, before the bracket at Huron Meadows opens on July 11th. The championship phase of the 2026 season is here. Jeff Pasz has announced himself as someone worth watching.
