Phillip Parent charged home, going 4 under on his 15th to 17th holes, including a decisive eagle to grab the lead and the win at the Breast Cancer Awareness Open with a 4 under par 67. Phil matches his brother Paul’s victory in the event two years ago. They become the 3rd set of brothers to win the same event on The Tour. Chris and Rich Dunmore have both won at the Crazy Brit and Fifty Cent and Corey and Justin McCue have both won the Pineview. Chuck Withey and Ken Westerman both birdied late to get to 2 under 69 and Kelly Scheff tied them for 2nd by matching Phil’s 4 under run and capturing a berth in the Tour Championship. On course prize went to Kevin Gregoire and Helen Puffenberger earned the invitation to the All-Star Skins Game.
