Levine Jumps to West Title

Stewart Levine jumped to the lead, going 4 under par in his first 3 holes at Tanglewood, and played just steady enough the rest of the way to survive the last hole heroics of Noah Kline. Kline finished with an Albatross on the 18th to vault to 2nd only 1 shot back. Levine finished at Even par 72 to Kline’s 1 over par 73. Chris Dunmore tied Paul Parent for 3rd at 4 over par 76.

Notables: Levine had a chip-in to compliment a 6 birdie 1 eagle day. In addition to his big bird, Noah had 5 birdies and 1 eagle. Jeff Cubel led with 27 putts. The top four finishers were all 1st time money winners in the West Championship.

Stewart is finishing his sophmore season strong with his 2nd win and 1st Major win in 34 starts.
