Thank you for your interest in The Mulligan Tour.

The 2025 Mulligan Tour offers 46 fun and challenging tournaments located all over the southeastern Michigan area.   The cost for membership on the 2025 Tour season is $140. Or a limited membership, to play in no more than 7 regular season events, is available for $100.

There are 2 ways to join:

1) Electronically – Print out the application and fill it out completely.    Scan it and e-mail it to chaswithey@outlook.com and then choose one of the following electronic payment options:
a)  Zelle – this is a bank to bank payment process where you can transfer money from your bank account to the Mulligan Tour bank account. To locate me on Zelle you need to set Zelle up on your account and then look for me.


b)  PayPal – This is a payment system that is independent of your bank.  PayPal will let you use your bank account or let you pay us with a CC.  PayPal will charge you a fee if you use your CC but depending on your CC rewards program you may find this appealing. If you pay with a CC and PayPal charges us a fee for that payment we will pass those costs on to the member.  Below is how you can find me on PayPal

2) The old fashioned way – Print out the application and fill it out completely.   Then mail it with a check (made payable to “Mulligan Tour Holdings”) to:
