A square jawed Mike Prieskorn ground out 2 under par on both the front and back to post a 4 under 68. He then sweated out Ned Loving’s finish who graciously dropped a shot on the 18th to tie Mike. In the 4-hole aggregate playoff Prieskorn played 2 putt par golf thru the first 3 holes to get a shot up and held on thru the final hole for the win. Jeff Feikens took 3rd at 1 under par 71 and Don Ward tied Joseph Brandenburg for 4th at Even Par.
On course winners of the military towels were Loving, Brandenburg, Eric Keikbusch and Kevin Gregoire. Notables: Ward finished 4th for the 10th time in his career. Loving finished 2nd for the 10th time in his career and had 7 birdies and an eagle. Feikens had 7 birdies, a chip-in and hit 10 fairways. Gregoire hit 12 greens to 11 for Don Ward and Thomas Mulhern. Mike Prieskorn moves to 1st in all-time Red White and Blue winnings with his 24th win in his 279th start.
